New legs, New You! Get back into that LBD quicker than you can imagine with fast and safe Vein Removal Treatments. Spider veins and broken capillaries are dilated or enlarged blood vessels just beneath the surface of the skin – a condition that can affect our confidence. Luckily there is a safe, affordable and effective solution.

Spider veins can be treated by both IPL and Laser. This advanced technology emits a light that blasts the veins, causing the body to break them down and disperse via the lymphatic system. This process can take a few weeks to occur.

The treatment uses Medical grade lasers the Palomar StarLux – Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and Candela’s ND:YAG 1064nm Laser.

This non-invasive, safe and trusted treatment will leave you with a clearer complexion, more rejuvenated skin by minimising the appearance of visible spider veins and unwanted broken capillaries. Best of all, it is an affordable treatment with virtually minimal downtime. In your complimentary consultation, our passionate team of clinical therapist design treatment programs to gain back your confidence.

A mild sunburn-like reaction is normal

Swelling, bruising & redness may occur & last up to 72 hours, in some cases prolonged redness & blistering may be experienced.

  • Apply a cold compress or icepacks for 10 mins per hour to reduce heat in the skin.
  • Apply a cooling gel, ask about RESULTS ACTIVE RECOVERY.

Does it hurt?

You may feel a short burst of heat as the light targets the veins, some people describe the sensation as a tingling or a slight pinching sensation. All our lasers are accompanied by a cooling system that makes the treatment comfortable and pain-free!

What can I expect after treatment?

The treated area will be red and slightly raised or swollen directly after treatment. An ice pack applied to the affected area will help soothe and calm the swelling. Side effects generally subside within a few days after treatment, however, on rare occasions, the skin may look slightly bruised and veins look darker for up to a few weeks. Sometimes, results can be seen after your first treatment where some veins may disappear on the spot. Other times, it may take a few treatments to achieve the desired results.

How do I stop spider veins from forming?

Generally, there is not much that can be done in order to prevent spider veins and there are many environmental and genetic factors that can cause them. Nothing has been medically developed in order to prevent the formation of spider veins, however wearing special support stockings can help, as well as minimising the use of high heel shoes. Sometimes diet and exercise can help to reduce the likelihood of spider veins forming as well.

Can varicose veins be treated?

No, varicose veins are much thicker and larger than spider veins and cannot be treated by laser technology at all. Spider veins are definitely effectively treated with this laser; however varicose veins require another process called sclerotherapy. This is a slightly more invasive procedure where medication needs to be injected directly into the varicose vein.
